How do I connect Strava?
Open TrackSnap → Profile → toggle Strava on. You’ll be taken to Strava to authorize the connection. Once connected, your activities will sync automatically.
How do I connect Apple Health?
Open TrackSnap → Profile → toggle Apple Health on. Grant the permissions iOS asks for. Your workouts will appear in TrackSnap.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions
- Tap TrackSnap → Cancel Subscription
You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Open TrackSnap → Profile → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your TrackSnap account, disconnects Strava, and clears your saved data.
Note: if you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel separately in iOS Settings (see above).
My free trial — when am I charged?
If you started a free trial, you won’t be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Manage in iOS Settings → Subscriptions.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
On the subscription screen, tap Restore purchases. This re-checks your Apple ID for an active TrackSnap subscription.
