Terms of Service
Last updated · 23 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Vitarius Bence (sole proprietor, Hungary), who operates TrackSnap (“TrackSnap”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. We’ve tried to keep them short and plain. How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
01 — The service
TrackSnap turns your fitness activities — from Strava, Apple Health, Health Connect or a GPX file — into images and videos you can save and share. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription (see section 04).
02 — Who can use TrackSnap
You must be at least 16 years old to use TrackSnap. By using it you confirm that you are.
03 — Connected services
When you connect Strava, Apple Health or Health Connect, you authorise TrackSnap to read your activity data from that service. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. TrackSnap is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Strava, Apple or Google.
You can disconnect a service at any time in the app (Profile) or in the service’s own settings.
04 — Subscriptions
TrackSnap Legend is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional templates, effects and export options.
- Billing. Payment is handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, depending on where you downloaded the app. We never see your payment details.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Cancelling. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Deleting your TrackSnap account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
- Price changes. If a price changes, Apple or Google will notify you before it applies to your subscription, as their rules require.
05 — Your content
You own the photos, videos and text you add to TrackSnap and the images and videos you create with it. You give us a limited licence to process that content only as needed to provide the app to you — for example, to render a video export on our servers.
You are responsible for what you add. Only use photos and videos you have the right to use, and don’t add content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or depicts other people without their permission where that permission is required.
06 — Our content
TrackSnap’s templates, designs, effects, fonts and other assets are owned by us or our licensors. You may use them inside the app and freely share the images and videos you export with them, including on social media. You may not extract, copy, resell or redistribute the templates or assets themselves, or use them to build a competing product.
07 — Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app or our servers
- Try to get around subscription checks or access paid features without paying
- Use automated means to access the service, or overload or disrupt it
- Use TrackSnap for anything unlawful
08 — Not medical advice
TrackSnap is a creative tool. The numbers it shows come from the services you connect and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing in TrackSnap is medical, health or training advice.
09 — Changes and availability
We are continually improving TrackSnap, which means features, templates and effects may be added, changed or removed. We’ll try to keep the app available but can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature you are subscribed to, we’ll let you know in advance.
10 — Ending your use
You can stop using TrackSnap and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. Where reasonable, we’ll tell you why first.
11 — Liability
TrackSnap is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or content, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for TrackSnap in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
12 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of that country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
13 — App store terms
If you downloaded TrackSnap from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these terms, Apple’s agreement takes precedence for your use of the app on Apple devices. Apple and Google are not responsible for TrackSnap or for supporting it.
14 — Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we’ll notify you in the app or by another reasonable means. Continuing to use TrackSnap after an update means you accept the revised terms.
